I have been buying cars for 30 years. And I know that the ads online in the paper are never true. That was until I found this place. I walked straight in was greeted by my salesman Gavin I showed him the online ad and he said we sure do have it and it’s right here. And there was no difference in price. What a complete and utter utter shock to have a car buying experience without the back-and-forth in the BS congratulations I finally found someplace that has some integrity.
Great price on the new car. Car was not prepped or detailed correctly. Was not informed or shown how to operate different functions like infotainment, how to use the pump for a flat.
Purchasing my lease out couldn’t have been easier with Heidi. Once I got everything in line paperwork wise they allowed me to rent a car for a day to finish a multi point inspection while completing repairs. My rep resent for my point inspection was Cassie and she went above and beyond at every turn of the process. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will be taking my business back to Schomp. 10/10

Great experience buying Honda Civic. They deliver on their One Promise. Just know when you get text messages from 'Holly' that it is not a real person but AI. And the information in those AI messages is not always accurate.

I was being told different things about a automatic transmission fluid change for my 2012 Honda fit from different Honda dealerships.
This dealership said that the filter wouldn't be changed because that is how they had been doing it for over 10 years. Not to me the best reason. Other dealerships had different opinions about the filter and whether the fluid needed to be filled and drained more than once.

Nice showroom. They charge you to rent a vehicle while it's in for service. If you want a positive expiernce I suggest you shop elsewhere. I was invited in then told I wasn't welcome here. The staff has a negative attitude. Hopefully these issues get resolved.

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Schomp since 2010. Every time I have been treated with kindness and respect. I tell them my budget and they have worked to make it happen each time. Never trying to upsell or oversell me something I can't afford or don't want. I appreciate this approach. This last time we did the financing ahead of time for a vehicle on the website. In and out in less than 2 hours. It was a great day!

Not the experience I was expecting when I purchased an $8000 vehicle. Call a spade a spade, I’m buying a non house brand used vehicle for 8k. On top of that I flew in from out of town.
